Vista Manor is looking for compassionate Medication Technicians (Med Techs) for day and night shifts at our Wilbur, WA community. Our 16-bed Assisted Living Facility provides a family-oriented culture for all staff and residents.
We are looking for Med Techs who are NAC, HCA, or NAR licensed. Applicants must also have a current Nurse Delegation Core Certificate and Nurse Delegation Diabetes Certificate. If the applicant was previously licensed within the last two years, we will hire based on the renewal of the license. We hire team-oriented individuals who present well to residents, families, and staff. We help our staff recognize the significance they bring to other lives and the power of purpose.
Med Tech responsibilities include assisting residents with medication administration, documenting care, monitoring for side effects, and supporting overall resident well-being in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
We are also in the planning stages for rolling out a life and career coaching program as a free, optional benefit for our employees. We focus on supporting our team with professional and personal development opportunities.
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
